I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. Each communication has been responded to quickly and efficiently. Peter.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! My ordered items are as described, and delivered on a day date that tailored my convenience. I did specify within the notes of my order the day date, for which was acknowledged by a representative through email and delivered. The service was great, the price great, perhaps to improve further the efficiency of the company, a time frame could have been allocated 7-12 or 12-6 as examples. Otherwise, excellent service and I would recommended mytub in the future.
