Bit of a delay - 1st because out of stock, then something went wrong with the delivery order. But they kept me advised and and, when it did arrive, all ok and at good price with free delivery on order over £25.
Would use again.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

Hi Peter
I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. However the 4 items have been reordered and as
