The quality of the product that was delivered to me was far from the standard that I would have expected from a company like yourselves. The item appeared to have been in the warehouse for a number of years and was bent with paint starting to corrode.
I can only say that the item was replaced within a period of 2 weeks with a quality item. Service response was good.
The original item should never have been allowed to be delivered as there could not have been any quality checks. This was someone getting rid of some old rubbish item. I can only say that this has certainly put me off using the website and supplier again.

Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. The produce is excellent but the delivery time was excessive and, if this is normal, should be indicated beside the illustration on your website. Mytub communications were excellent. I have found in the past a good company is one that when there is a problem with goods or service they deal with it ASAP rather than making numerous excuses. I did have a problem with the order, which was no fault of Mytub, my emails were answered very quickly and politely. The problem I had was resolved and I was kept up to date all the way until I received my goods. Well done Mytub.
