Service was excellent - kept fully informed.
Product fine, except that the Seat Pillars had no screw slot I had to cut my own.
No problem with the website.

Hi there.. I called yesterday and spoke to Christine,
O.K. the order took just over a week to receive.
Please could someone advise me that what sort of period can you offer on guarantee
Does this part come from Ideal Standard or from third party
For example, there some changes on colour, its grey, and not white finish, from its exsiting and original part and the bar looks slimmer, and its down size on the actual blue float.
Regards

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)
