Service was very good and was happy with the price paid. My purchase was unfortunately broken when it was unpacked, but MyTub arranged a replacement within 24 hours.

Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. delivery was very slow. It took 10 days from ordering to my door, which very slow if you need something urgent. the ordering on the net itself was easy.
