Your service was very good and friendly, my only problem was finding you in the first place! The Johnson Controls network was almost impossible to work through as I did not know the part numbers of the replacement parts for my old Penn range items.
Also the name "Mytub" did not at first register in my mind as a supplier of JC parts.
However, having found you I shall be pleased to use your company for my future needs!

Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.

The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. At first I wasnt going to order from you as I wanted to pay over the phone with a card and I was told your company only took orders on line.
For me thats a pain, I just want to pay over the phone and be done with it. Im still disappointed .
That aside once the order was taken on line all went very well, my order even came 2 days early.

I ordered a Twyford Barbican basin from mytub because I love this piece and I could not find it here in France.
Mytub was the only company on the web to take international orders so the choice was made.
In a matter of ten days my twyford basin had arrived, in perfect condition because it was packaged extremely well in bubblewrap and wood casing.
These guys are real pros, they also kept me informed with updates to my order pretty much everyday...
If I ever need other pieces I need that I cant find close to home I will go with Mytub again, no hesitation!
