I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. They were quick to respond to questions and phoned to confirm the delivery time. Product also arrived with no issues.

The item I ordered was delivered on the day specified. I was kept informed every step of the way. As the item was a replacement part from a different manufacturer to the original part the electrical connections were in different places and as such I thought there could have been better wiring instructions supplied. Having said that I would definitely use this company in the future if the need arose.

Very Good Price, But:
Ordered 2 Entice WC seats, after receiving a delivery time lead time update email at 0908 hrs confirming 2-3 days delivery.
After order placed @10.08 hrs same morning, delivery time then quoted as 12 days out. Not good

Im very pleased with the fire, which was bought as a new home gift for my son and his fiancee. The Mytub team kept me well informed about the delivery of the fire and it arrived exactly when they said it would. I would use Mytub again.

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. I normally dont make the time to write reviews when I get good service but this time I couldnt excuse myself as these guys were EXCEPTIONAL!
The goods I ordered off the very clean on-line ordering process were unfortunately no longer available and the communication of that fact was both timely and professional. Not only that, the Team at My Tub tried to present some alternatives to consider which at first didnt meet my expectations.
They went away and researched some more for me, and presented an alternative which I then went for and they were duly ordered with an expectation of 6-8 week delivery given they were a special item.
I got an email and a telephone message 3 days ago saying they were now ready for dispatch and would be sent the very next day. They turned up as promised
