A pleasuure to deal with, plus the cheapest I could find on the internet, although the delivery was a bit slow, but within time stated.

Easy to find and order parts arrived on time but info on status of order could be improved.

Hello David
We are sorry but the office had been closed over the Christmas period which would reflect why there had been none of our usual communication.

Everything went well, even though the part had to be left without a signature.

What can I say, I got what I ordered in good time. Many Thanks.
...Mr Dean Woodward

Easy to place my order, had a concern about delivery time because of a prior commitment, but a quick email back to you and delivery was altered to pm
Customer service was excellent then, also when I received my order and had to phone about a fitting that I thought were missing.
10 out of 10 for product and customer service

Faulty item sent out first time but the speed with which a replacement was sent was staggering. I missed delivery of it the first time because it came so fast. Excellent service from a company that obviously values its customers. Well done.
