I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. Sorry for the slow reply, due to family crisis I had not been able to check emails, when I did, found goods had been sent to local depot,as they were to fragile to post. I got somebody else to pick them up for me, but I was very happy with the service I got....

It took 10 days for the Order to be delivered from 20th Jan the date my account was debited. It is unlikely that I will use mytub agin as delivery service is far to slow.

I was very impressed with the efficient way my enquiry was was dealt with and how quick my order was progressed.
The email communication was excellent, i cant thank the staff enough especially supplying me with the gas boiler part I required as I was let down my three sites who said they could supply the part.
