Many thanks for great service. Other suppliers quoted 5 to 7 days delivery for the gas valve, MyTub had the part delivery in 24 hours. Christine was an absolute star in facilitating the parts supply. So glad I found you on-line

I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. Thank you for very prompt delivery. Only problem was the item which was not expensive required a signiature, very lucky I was just on my way out and did sign for item. I asked for delivery to be placed in secure locatation at the property but was e.mailed regarding signiature being required. Perhaps you could look at this if the buyer accepts responsibility
