I have made two seperate orders for radiators and both have arrived when advised without any problems.I think the email contact with Laurie is excellent. The website could be easier to navigate and a few more pictures of the products would help the non professional.

It's a good no-nonsense steel bath - we have two of them now. Your service was excellent and the delivery man very helpful - he even gave me time to check the bath for damage before he left. Thanks.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
