We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs.
It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly.
My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method.
Your customer service was good and the ladies were very pleasant and responsive.

Excellent service in terms of updates on the expected delivery date to the store where I picked up the item. The lead time was a bit longer than I might of hoped but I was warned of that as soon as the order was placed and so not a great problem. Excellent value for money - about half the price of other quotes I had for the identical item.
