I was very impressed with the service you provided. I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service.
