Excellent service and communication throughout the process of the order

I was really concerned when your email gave the delivery date of by 31111. As the part was needed immediately I rang your customer services department on 211011 and this was looked into. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that the part was on its way and would be with methat day which it was. Now fitted and working perfectly. Was pleased with service but would be better if the email gave the correct delivery date to avoid my panic. Thanks.

Just ordered some bathroom furniture and wanted to say a massive thanks to Rachel for all her help. I must have made a dozen changes and Rachel was fantastic getting me quote after quote.
Thanks again Rachel for all your help

Excellent communication from pre-order enquiries to after sales when one item arrived damaged. Item was quickly replaced and supplier chased when delivery not on the date specified. Thank you for a friendly, professional and responsive service.
