Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Item arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. A fantastic experience for my first time order and an excellent service. Rachel was excellent in proactively tracking down the part we required before any other company could get it to us. She was a pleasure to deal with and demonstrated excellent customer service, a skill that is unfortunately so hard to find these days. Thanks Rachel....
