Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. I was really concerned when your email gave the delivery date of by 31111. As the part was needed immediately I rang your customer services department on 211011 and this was looked into. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that the part was on its way and would be with methat day which it was. Now fitted and working perfectly. Was pleased with service but would be better if the email gave the correct delivery date to avoid my panic. Thanks.

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. I just wish I had more business for them . . .

I wished to order 1 Twyford Pan Connector P Trap Wf1240wh. The item was hard to source or, when sourced, delivery times were longer than I needed. MyTub were excellent both in communication, delivery date and service. I would definitely use this company again.
