We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery.
