Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
