Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. MyTub was very good at providing one of the parts I needed and the whole procedure was straight forward with a user friendly ordering system, good company customer contact procedures and good delivery service.

Product is fine & has been fitted - only complaint is that it was delivered the day before that agreed & as noboby was in it was left propped up outside.

Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again.

I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted. I had no problems using this site. The items I ordered arrived on the dates they promised. The question and Answer system they operate is really good. I had a couple of queries that were quickly answered.
