Sink and tap are better than anticipated, always a problem when ordering just from photographs.
Delivery was a bit of an issue, stock not available but then it was available. Dispatch did keep me informed. Arrived on the day stated and the sink and tap in perfect condition. Just need to install it now:

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Item arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. A fantastic experience for my first time order and an excellent service. We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. The item was as described, well packed and easily fitted. I would recommend the company and would use again.

Not sure what happened with this one but initial 30 day lead time to obtain everyday plumbing materials isnt acceptable to my customers, especially as these products are manufactured in the uk. The order was fulfilled with 13 days after agreeing to pay an additional £9 VAT delivery charge. This is however, common in the UK plumbing supply industry & by no means exclusively a MyTubWolseleyMcAlpine problem. All products turned up as described and the communication by MyTub was very good. This has not put me off ordering from MyTub who are usually very good & this may have been out of their control.
