Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull.

Items received bank on when your informative communications said it would arrive. Well done you, a good company to place an order with, no messing around.

The first time round, the combustion matrix I ordered arrived broken, but a few days later a replacement one was waiting for me at the collection point. Very pleased with the service provided. Thank you to all concerned.
