Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.

With my order you stated that some of the items were obsolete. You suggested an alternative form your vast stock. These items not only fitted but were also cheaper. I received them in your started time frame. Thank you.

MyTub provided a very good service for a specialist item keeping me fully informed from the initial order through to deliver, which due to the nature of the item took a few weeks. Would happily recommend this company.
