We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. I have just made my first successful purchase thanks to the patience of Deborah and Sophie. Have read the previous comments and could not agree more, fantastic place to get really hard to get bits, and once you get used to it, it's better than going shopping in town.
