Very satisfied customer. You obviously had some problems with your supplier but kept me informed throughout. Would certainly recommend.

Item not in stock so I was disappointed with the delivery time but, otherwise, service and communication was good.

I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. They were quick to respond to questions and phoned to confirm the delivery time. Product also arrived with no issues.
