Dear SirMadam, I found your website very clear and easy to use and when I found the part I needed ordering and payment was quick and easy. To get a VAT invoice with our letter head please login to your account
> Go to My Orders (top left of site)
> Click on the order you wish to print an invoice
You will then see in the order details page;
VAT Invoice:
Click this to print your VAT invoice.
I think this is what your looking for.
