I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords.

You had the 29 year old Thermostat x 3 that I needed for my old radiators. The price was fine. After a bad start with TNT delivering very inflexible and failed to deliver as requested, an alternative company to deliver was then slotted in very quickly and delivered with no issues. Product fitted no problems and works a treat. Email function on website very useful. I will use MyTub again for sure!!

Service good. Only gripe: got email to forewarn about Friday delivery. The someone tries to deliver Wednesday before. Ultimately Friday morning so back to plan A but a bit confusing. Otherwise fina.
