Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone.

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with.
