Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. The item arrived exactly as advised and the item is the correct replacement. However, the instructions for fitting the toilet seat are unclear so we are having to employ a plumber to make sure it is properly secured.That means we will have paid almost £200 to deal with this.
