Despite the fact that the order was delivered at seven days and I thought it would only take about 2 days, as soon so the staff knew there was a problem they could not have been more polite and helpful to ensure I got my product. Well done and thank you!

My order arrived exactly when I was told it would and was excellent value for money compared with other sites. I had a slight panic when I received the delivery because I didnt think the item I had ordered Twford toilet seat would fit the toilet bowl but the customer service team where very calm and understanding when I telephoned. In fact the seat fitted perfectly and was exactly as described on the web site.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Order did arrive on date supplied. After having made frantic efforts to secure an am or pm delivery, I was advised that I would be having a pm delivery. The delivery was then made between 9 and 11am because luckily a friend was in to take the parcel in. I also note that a message had been written saying deliver after 12!!! Having said that the contents were as expected.

product spot on just one comment this was ordered for delivery and a date was given to me aprox date for delivery then it changed in the next couple ov days i had to go and pick up you should not exept an order for delivery in the first place on line i will look forward to your comments thanks stephen
