I inquired about the Matrix for a Focal Point gas fire as I wasn't sure if it was the correct one and kindly MYtub assistants enquired for me to Focal Point to make sure it was the correct part. I then ordered the part and could trace its progress on Mytubs web site, which I found very useful. Mytub kept me up to date on the order through emails also. I quickly received the part via a courier which was very well packaged as the parts were delicate and were in perfect condition. Thank you Mytub.

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Coming from the north-east myself, Im always glad when theres a chance to buy from a company based up there.
