Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Materials ordered were delivered by local suppliers. However it took a week to arrive. Ordered other materials at the same time from another plumbing supplier, which arrived the next day. So materials ok but delivery poor. Would I use again, yes.
