after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!

Unfortunately obsolete items do not get the price updated so will appear a great deal cheaper than the replacement product.

Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. Disappointing delivery. After having had the delivery date altered, the date was finally confirmed but it was not delivered. Christine went out of her way to resolve the problem and keep me informed about the progress, which I appreciate. In the end, and with Christines help, I had to go to the carrier and collect the order. Not ideal I would say, and it seems like your carrier let you down. Other than that I was satisfied with the process.
