Really great customer service - we changed our minds about the bath model and they were only too happy to accommodate. Staff were polite and efficient at all times. Thank you.

Hi everybody
Well i used your on-line chat to correctly identify the part I was looking for & hooked up with Jeannette - who I must say was brilliant. She even e-mailed me a photo of the item I went on to purchase. Brilliant service
