The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry.
