Very pleased with product and service provided. My plumber found it easy to install, and it works fine.

The unit has just arrived.Thank you.
I have to say that apart from the e-mail problem your customer service has been one of the best I have ever had.

An excellent service.
Many thanks to Sam and Steve for their help in correcting my mistake in ordering the incorrect toilet seats, and then arranging timely delivery of the correct items.
As a result, MyTub will definitely be my first port of call for plumbing supplies in the future.
Thank you again. Frank
