Long radius Conex bend. Not a easy fitting to find. Arrived as promised within a week. So very pleased.

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Im very impressed with the level of service, the price, and the toilet seat that i ordered as well. Will definitely recommend Mytub to people I know.

Great service at a great price. Liked the fact that the item description made it very clear that pre-2003 models needed to order a new seat as well as the hinges. Advice was spot on. Cheers.

The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.
