The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. To get a VAT invoice with our letter head please login to your account
> Go to My Orders (top left of site)
> Click on the order you wish to print an invoice
You will then see in the order details page;
VAT Invoice:
Click this to print your VAT invoice.
I think this is what your looking for.
