When trying to source the required 3 bar relief valve with swivel nut and gauge, I found a few sites online that claimed to stock the item, but then showed the photo of a completely different version - not very reassuring. I also visited a Travis Perkins outlet as a retailer of Inta products, and although they tried very hard for 30 minutes to identify the valve, they were unable to do so. MyTub had the right photo on their site and offered the product at a reasonable price. It arrived as per schedule and, most importantly, was indeed the right valve and gauge.

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry.

Excellent service. I ordered a couple of toilet seats with lids(TIG1461WH) that were shown on your site as no longer available, however as I was still able to go into the site and place the order I hoped/assumed that the no longer avialable notation was incorrect. I had barely placed the order and received an automated email from you before one of your sales representatives, Laurie, was on the phone explaining the error of my ways and checking stock availablity on two alternatives and which he confirmed you had in stock and that he would subsequently arrange to be dispatched. Very impressive.
