I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. The item arrived on the confirmed date. However, I had it delivered to my work address large organisation and my name was omitted from the address label. Fortunately it included my phone number otherwise there would have been a delay in receipt.
