I found your staff to be friendly, and were extremely helpful, but thought that the P&P was a bit on the expensive side.

Kept me fully updated with the progress of both my recent small orders, and offered prompt and very helpful advice when I made my frequent queries!
Thoroughly recommend them!

Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived.
