I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. I was looking for a replacement Bristan Arctic Towel. This has proved impossible to find, but MyTub were able to offer a very similar looking alternative. It was shorter than the original but is a very good substitute. I was able to dismantle the broken one and replace the broken bits with new. So a perfect solution. I made a mistake with my ordering details, but the team at MyTub were very good, they responded quickly to my emails. Very pleased with the service and support.

The boiler flue adaptor is exactly what is required to fix the flue problem as soon as the plumber gets round to it.
