i ve used your service to obtain Radiant boiler part. im basically happy to get the proper part. I will probably use your service again because i cant really find any other suplier. you ruin your service by sending a tiny sensor by fedex instead of sending it by post in a padded envelope. i ended up paying nearly double amount for delivery than for the price of the item.13-item,22-delivery i dont even want to mention that the Fedex price for this delivery is 16 so probably your pacaging is 6. i recon that a padded envelope and postage wouldnt be much more than 6. also i hardly believe that your company doesnt use post at all. i wouldnt feel so bad if the delivery was fast for this money but it took a week.i know that im not an important customer i migyht by 1-2 small part a year so yo

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. ORDERED SOME OBSOLETE BOILER BAFFLES LATE ON 14 NOV ,THEY WERE THEN SPECIALLY MADE AND DELIVERED HERE TO THE NORFOLK BROADS ON AFTERNOON OF 16 NOV .THAT IS OUTSTANDING !VERY MANY THANKS TO CHRISTINE AT MYTUB FOR KEEPING ME UP TO DATE RE DELIVERY TIMES ETC.
