I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase.

My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation

I ordered connectors for taps from my Tub as they offered the best online price. My order took approximately a month to arrive presumably as the parts had to be ordered from Germany. They arrived safely. I was not in a rush so the time taken until delivery was not an issue. I was informed of the delayed delivery date. I would use my tub again.
