Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my order. The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made! To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought! 2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third. After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave. To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it! Overa...

Very good service. The order was slightly delayed but I was kept fully informed. Unfortunately the supplier omitted some fixing screws, however MyTub responded quickly and sent out a set of screws immediately. Excellent customer service. Il not hesitate to use them again....

Good service again. Got the items on time. They were, however, slightly different from my last purchases plastic container rather than a material one. I was concerned that they would not fit the caldensate unit. Fortunately, it did fit and appears to be leak-free. Will keep an eye on it....
