The items were delivered quickly and were well packaged. The delivery driver was very polite and I would definitely order again from mytub. Many thanks.

Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. Thanks particularly to Rachel who handled the matter efficiently and fairly. The final outsome is staisfactory.

The part was fitted by myself within 15 minutes and my shower no longer leaks! A result all round.
