i ve used your service to obtain Radiant boiler part. im basically happy to get the proper part. I will probably use your service again because i cant really find any other suplier. you ruin your service by sending a tiny sensor by fedex instead of sending it by post in a padded envelope. i ended up paying nearly double amount for delivery than for the price of the item.13-item,22-delivery i dont even want to mention that the Fedex price for this delivery is 16 so probably your pacaging is 6. i recon that a padded envelope and postage wouldnt be much more than 6. also i hardly believe that your company doesnt use post at all. i wouldnt feel so bad if the delivery was fast for this money but it took a week.i know that im not an important customer i migyht by 1-2 small part a year so yo

Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication.

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. We placed this order on 3 December but did not receive the goods finally until the third week in February. The delay seemed to be largely due to the manufacturer (Twyfords).
However, it was not evident from your website or during the ordering process that these goods were not in stock. Neither was the likelihood of such a lengthy delay in delivery made clear.
I feel this kind of issue ought to be highlighted to potential purchasers in some way.
