Im happy with the service from My Tub. The team was very helpful in finding an alternative item for me when my original order counldnt be completed.
The team sent pictures of the item to help me make a decision and processed a refund as the alternative was cheaper than my original order,

Really helpful sales and support staff, only negative is that the three ordered items were each delivered separately. One of the delivery drivers left a message that the item was to returned to depot whereas it had infact been left with a neighbour. Suggest that items ordered together are dispatched together Itll save on your delivery costs an make tracking easier.

Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. So am very pleased with the service and highly recommend MyTub.
