After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the light cover is too tight to get off even with this tool. However I can see that it will do the job under normal conditions.

I ordered a boiler part fro my very old boiler and tried numerous places to get it, but had no joy, half expected as part is technically obsolete. So full marks to My tub, they managed to source and delivery part perfectly. Also kept me up to date with email messages when delays in orderdelivery, so very good service.

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. Happy to recommend to friends and family.
