I ordered parts for a Baxi wall heater a couple of weeks ago and eventually the parts arrived, Baxi was very slow in sending the goods but Samantha from mytub kept me informed all the way. Very good service from mytub, not so good from Baxi.

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. Thanks I have received all items in normal condition.
Anyhow what I mentioned that u put 3 small packages in 1 much bigger cartoon what increased shipping charge at least twice. And apart of that 3 packages were very loosely in that cartoon and they shook much there.
