Thank you My Tub..... I had searched everywhere for a replacement door handle for my Belling Format 626 oven but couldnt find anyone with a green one in stock - apart from you! It arrived promptly and was easy to fit - thank you for your efficient service!

Re Delivery.
On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place.
Only to be told that it would have to be signed for.
When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time.
Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived.
If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch.
All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me.
I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it.

The item arrived exactly as advised and the item is the correct replacement. However, the instructions for fitting the toilet seat are unclear so we are having to employ a plumber to make sure it is properly secured.That means we will have paid almost £200 to deal with this.
